\u7b2c\u4e00\u689d \u9298\u50b3\u5927\u5b78\u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7c21\u7a31\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff09\u70ba\u4fc3\u9032\u6559\u5b78\u8207\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u5c55\u3001\u898f\u5283\u3001\u8b70\u6c7a\u53ca\u63a8\u52d5\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5404\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u4e8b\u52d9\uff0c\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e2d\u5fc3\u52d9\u6703\u8b70(\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7c21\u7a31\u672c\u6703\u8b70)\uff0c\u4e26\u4f9d\u64da\u672c\u6821\u7d44\u7e54\u898f\u7a0b\u7b2c\u56db\u5341\u56db\u689d\u898f\u5b9a\u8a02\u5b9a\u672c\u7ae0\u5247\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n Article 1\u00a0 These procedures were established in accordance with Article 44 of Ming Chuan University Organizational Code.\u00a0 The English Language Center Affairs Committee (herein referred to as the Committee) was established to promote the teaching and research and the development of the center.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u7b2c\u4e8c\u689d \u672c\u6703\u8b70\u7814\u8b70\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6559\u5e2b\u6559\u5b78\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u670d\u52d9\u7b49\u76f8\u95dc\u4e4b\u5404\u9805\u63d0\u6848\u53ca\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u4e26\u5f97\u5c0d\u65bc\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6559\u5e2b\u6d89\u53ca\u672c\u6821\u8058\u4efb\u53ca\u670d\u52d9\u898f\u5247\u6240\u8a02\u6709\u95dc\u4e8b\u9805\u9032\u884c\u5be9\u8b70\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n Article 2\u00a0 \u00a0The responsibilities of the Center Affairs Committee include reviewing proposals and other matters concerning faculty members\u2019 teaching, research and service, and reviewing and discussing issues in accordance with Ming Chuan University Faculty Employment and Service Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u7b2c\u4e09\u689d \u672c\u6703\u8b70\u7531\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u3001\u6559\u5b78\u53ca\u884c\u653f\u7d44\u7d44\u9577\u53ca\u5168\u9ad4\u5c08\u4efb(\u6848)\u6559\u5e2b\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u4e26\u7531\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u70ba\u6703\u8b70\u7576\u7136\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3002\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u4e0d\u514b\u64d4\u4efb\u4e3b\u5e2d\u6642\u5f97\u6307\u5b9a\u6559\u5e2b\u4e00\u4eba\u4ee3\u7406\u5176\u4e3b\u6301\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u672a\u6307\u5b9a\u6642\u7531\u51fa\u5e2d\u4eba\u54e1\u5171\u63a8\u4e00\u4eba\u70ba\u81e8\u6642\u6703\u8b70\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n Article 3\u00a0 The Center Affairs Committee consists of the Director of the Center, Chief of the Teaching Section, Chief of the Admin Section, and full-time faculty members.\u00a0 When the Director of the Center can\u2019t serve as the chairperson, he\/she may appoint a teacher on behalf of himself\/herself or if it is not specified, the attendees may recommend one candidate as the chairperson of the interim meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u7b2c\u56db\u689d \u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u5f97\u8996\u4e8b\u5be6\u9700\u8981\u9080\u8acb\u517c\u4efb\u6559\u5e2b\u6216\u6709\u95dc\u4eba\u54e1\u5217\u5e2d\u672c\u6703\u8b70\u3002\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5c08\u4efb\u6559\u5e2b\u7559\u8077\u7559\u85aa\u6216\u7559\u8077\u505c\u85aa\u9032\u4fee\u6216\u8acb\u5047\u800c\u672a\u5728\u672c\u6821\u6388\u8ab2\u3001\u6216\u4f11\u5047\u3001\u6216\u51fa\u570b\u9054\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3001\u6216\u501f\u8abf\u6821\u5916\u55ae\u4f4d\u671f\u9593\u5f97\u5217\u5e2d\u672c\u6703\u8b70\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n Article 4\u00a0 The Director of the Center should invite part-time faculty members and any other related persons to attend the meeting accordingly.\u00a0 Full-time faculty members with paid, unpaid, tenure and any other leaves, who have not taught in the university or are abroad for 3 or more months, or who are temporarily transferred to other units off campus must also attend the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u7b2c\u4e94\u689d \u672c\u6703\u8b70\u61c9\u6709\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6559\u5e2b\u4e8c\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u4ee5\u4e0a\u51fa\u5e2d\uff0c\u65b9\u5f97\u958b\u8b70\uff0c\u6c7a\u8b70\u6642\u9808\u6709\u51fa\u5e2d\u6559\u5e2b\u4e8c\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e4b\u540c\u610f\u65b9\u70ba\u901a\u904e\u3002\u51fa\u5e2d\u4eba\u6578\u4e0d\u8db3\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u64c7\u671f\u518d\u53ec\u96c6\u4e4b\u3002\u6559\u5e2b\u61c9\u89aa\u81ea\u51fa\u5e2d\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u59d4\u8a17\u4ed6\u4eba\u4ee3\u7406\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n Article 5\u00a0 Center Affairs meeting should be attended by more than one-half of the faculty members.\u00a0 Resolutions must require approval by more than one-half the total members present.\u00a0 The meetings shall be convened at an optional time if the number of attendees is insufficient (less than half of the total faculty members) and may not entrust others to represent.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u7b2c\u516d\u689d \u672c\u6703\u8b70\u4ee5\u6bcf\u5169\u500b\u6708\u53ec\u958b\u4e00\u6b21\u70ba\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u65bc\u5fc5\u8981\u6642\u5f97\u53ec\u958b\u81e8\u6642\u6703\u8b70\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n Article 6\u00a0 The Center Affairs Committee Meeting is convened once every two months by the Director of the Center in principle.\u00a0 Provisional meetings may be held when the need arises.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u7b2c\u4e03\u689d \u672c\u7ae0\u5247\u672a\u76e1\u4e8b\u5b9c\u6089\u4f9d\u672c\u6821\u3001\u61c9\u7528\u8a9e\u6587\u5b78\u9662\u53ca\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6709\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\u8fa6\u7406\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n Article 7\u00a0 Matters not covered in these procedures must be dealt with in accordance with the other related rules of the University, the School of Education and Applied Languages and the Center.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u7b2c\u516b\u689d \u672c\u7ae0\u5247\u7d93\u884c\u653f\u6703\u8b70\u901a\u904e\uff0c\u5448\u5831\u6821\u9577\u6838\u5b9a\u5f8c\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u4fee\u6b63\u6642\u4ea6\u540c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n Article 8\u00a0 Upon being passed at Administrative Council Meeting and approved by the president, these procedures were implemented.\u00a0 Any revision must follow the same procedure.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n **In the
